Join us on March 30th at noon at the Digital Wall in the Library (1st floor) for “What’s My Research?” presentations by Drs. Balint Sztaray (Chemistry department) and Jeffrey Hole (English department).   Dr. Sztaray will talk about the marriage of two spectroscopies: by detecting ions and electrons in coincidence, he can determine accurate energetics of gaseous ions or selectively detect gas-phase chemical reactions. Dr. Hole will talk about “Possession is the whole of the law”, a passage from Herman Melville’s 1851 Moby Dick. The novel explores the philosophy of law and the exercise of force, interrogating the relationships between possession and dispossession, bondage and freedom, property and humanity.  A light lunch will be served. 3601 Pacific Ave, Stockton, CA 95211, USA Research and Scholarship Research and Scholarship America/Los_Angeles public
