Wenjing Ouyang
Dr. Ouyang has rich experience in teaching various topics to both undergraduate and graduate business students. The classes she has taught in Eberhardt include Fundamentals of Financial Management, (Intermediate) Financial Management, (Advanced) Corporate Finance, and Derivative and Alternative Investments. She has also advised Eberhardt Student Investment Fund that heavily relies on quantitative analysis skills using the Bloomberg Terminal.
Dr. Ouyang’s research interests include corporate finance, investments, and financial accounting. Her research papers have been published in respected journals such as Accounting and Finance, Review of Quantitative Finance and Accounting, International Review of Financial Analysis, Quarterly Review of Economics and Finance, Finance Research Letters, etc. She is the winner of the Best Paper awards by Academy of Finance 2022 and Academy of Business Research 2014. Dr. Ouyang is currently a board member of Academy of Finance.
Dr. Ouyang holds a PhD in Finance from Drexel University. She is currently a CFA Level III candidate.
