Course Overview

In this course, participants will be provided with a detailed overview of the Project Management function. The course will cover Project Planning, Project Initiation, Project Administration, and Project Closeout.  An emphasis will be placed on the management of project costs, schedules, and quality.  Examples of zero emissions, building, and infrastructure projects will be discussed.

About the Instructor
Rudy Le Flore

Rudy Le Flore started his project management career with the Department of Defense as a Contract Quality Assurance Specialist.  Mr. Le Flore was responsible for ensuring that systems purchased by the Department of Defense complied with contract requirements.  At Northop Grumman, Boeing, and McDonnell Douglass, Mr. Le Flore was responsible for establishing and ensuring the proper acquisition of sophisticated communications and navigation systems utilized by the US Air Force. In Transit, Mr. Le Flore has been delivering transit construction and rolling stock projects including both hydrogen and battery electric projects for the past 17 years.
