The online Master of Business Administration at University of the Pacific is an AACSB-accredited graduate management program designed to train leaders in the newest and best theories and practices of business. The 36-unit Pacific MBA delivers a rich curriculum in an online format allowing the flexibility professionals need in today’s fast-paced environment. The core of the MBA at Pacific is a series of immersive online courses that are offered asynchronously, which gives participants the opportunity to learn at their own pace during days and times most convenient for them.

Our faculty is deeply engaged with student to provide them with the support needed to succeed. The degree is bookended with brief in-person gatherings on our downtown San Francisco campus.

Prospective students will apply to the program through the GradCAS application.  The admission process involves a holistic review of each applicant’s background and experiences. The following are required for admission:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher education in the United States, or a foreign institution of acceptable standing with a 3.0 or higher GPA
    • Applicants with a GPA between 2.65-2.99 may be considered if they have relevant work experience or certificate coursework completed that speaks to their ability to be successful in the program.

  • Two letters of recommendation
